Growth & Partnerships Coordinator, Human Powered Health™
Job Profile and Position Summary:

We’re looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Growth & Partnerships Coordinator to support the expansion of two fast-growing ventures in the athletic performance and health technology space:
- Human Powered Health Performance Labs: the first all-encompassing experience for assessing and improving health and athletic performance across motion, mindset, nutrition, and recovery.
- HumanGO: the industry leading AI-powered health and athletic performance training application. HumanGO uses precise physiological data, advanced predictive technology and machine learning to create training and action plans that adapt automatically to adherence, availability and physiological progress.
This is a unique opportunity to gain cross-functional experience in the sports and health technology ecosystems. You’ll work closely with the Growth and Marketing team to execute partnership strategies, drive user growth, and build relationships across the performance and athletic community.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Performance & Longevity Lab Growth (50%)
- Support local and regional business development with health practices and fitness businesses including coaches, clubs, proactive health minded businesses.
- Coordinate with events, races, and expos co-branded experiences and lab exposure.
- Develop promotional partnerships with sports and longevity communities.
- Track lead generation performance and support CRM management.
HumanGO (50%) - Identify and reach out to sports clubs, teams, and coaching networks to drive app partnerships and usage.
- Assist in co-marketing campaigns and ambassador programs.
- Work with the product and various marketing team members to adapt app messaging for different verticals.
- Monitor growth KPIs and create basic performance reports for campaigns.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of experience in growth, partnerships, marketing, or business development role, specifically in a relevant industry.
- Passion for health, sports, or performance optimization.
- Strong communication skills and a comfort level with outbound outreach (email, calls, networking).
- Organized, self-motivated, and not afraid to jump into new projects with curiosity.
- Bonus: Experience working in a SaaS or health-tech startup environment.
