Road Race Management Race Directors' Meeting
The Trade Show offers race officials a chance to "shop" for all their needs, and it offers companies an efficient way to show their products and services to a highly targeted audience.
The 2024 Race Directors’ Meeting and Trade Show will be held on December 13-15, 2024 in Hollywood, FL at The Hollywood Beach Marriott. Our beach front hotel is 6 miles from the Ft. Lauderdale airport. Consider spending an extra day and enjoy the area. Race directors, sponsors, and officials from events of all sizes will register for what is one of the sport’s must-attend gatherings. We have another spectacular faculty and program planned and we expect another excellent turnout.
The trade show conducted over three days, will open on Friday afternoon (2:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.) followed by the MarathonGuide.com/Publix Gasparilla Distance Classic Welcome Reception. The show reopens Saturday at 8:00 a.m. and goes until 5:45 p.m. It concludes Sunday (8:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.). The trade exhibit provides our select group of attendees with a chance to shop for their race needs. This is your target audience. Limited exhibit space normally sells out early, so don’t delay and risk being turned away. The trade show provides an ideal opportunity for you to meet with key buyers of your products or services in a relaxed atmosphere.
Cost and Registration
The cost for a basic exhibit booth will be determined soon. Registration for Exhibit Space will open here in early summer.

The Road Race Management Race Directors' Meeting will be at the Hollywood Beach Marriot in Hollywood, FL, in 2024.
Race Directors' Meeting attendees will be offered a special RRM rate. Details on how to take advantage of the special rate and book your room will be posted here soon.
