Job Title: Independent Sales Representative – Champion System Custom Sports Apparel
About the Role: We are seeking highly motivated Independent Sales Representatives to cover various territories across the US. Successful candidates will be responsible for selling Champion System custom cycling, triathlon, and running apparel to prospective clubs, teams, federations, races, corporate, schools, charities, and retailers. We’re looking for independent reps who enjoy endurance sports, know how to connect with people, and want the freedom to run their own territory. This role is commission-only with plenty of upside.
What You’ll Do:
- Sell custom sports apparel to groups and organizations in your area.
- Build relationships and keep customers coming back.
- Find new leads and turn them into steady clients.
- Help customers with—design choices, team store setup, and orders.
- Make sure customers get great service from start to finish.
- Stay up to speed on what’s happening in the sports apparel world.
- Represent Champion System at local events and races.
- Share what you’re seeing in the field so we can keep improving.
What We’re Looking For:
- Sales experience—ideally in sports apparel, but we’ll take a proven closer from another industry too.
- Strong communication skills—you’re good with people and can explain things clearly.
- Organized and able to manage multiple clients without losing track.
- Reliable transportation and the flexibility to travel within your region.
- A genuine interest in sports and being part of the community.
