| MIAMI, January 21, 2026 — The streets of Downtown Miami, South Beach and Coconut Grove will come to life Sunday morning January 25 when the 24th edition of the Life Time Miami Marathon & Half presented by FP Movement returns with a sold-out field of 18,500 runners for the fifth consecutive year. Owned and produced by Life Time (NYSE: LTH), the nation’s premier healthy lifestyle brand with more than 185 athletic clubs across the U.S. and Canada, demand for the annual event spans the country and globe, with runners representing 49 states and 82 countries. There are 56 runners who are “streakers,” running the race for all 24 years of its existence. A waitlist surged to nearly 10,000 runners after registration sold out in mid-August 2025, the earliest sellout in race history. “We’re excited to welcome runners from all corners of the world this weekend,” said Frankie Ruiz, co-founder of the Miami Marathon and Chief Running Officer at Life Time. “The growth and demand for the Life Time Miami Marathon & Half is a testament to the unforgettable moments our athletes have while visiting this vibrant destination. Running Miami is a unique experience.” The 2025 female Marathon winner, Beth Marzigliano, will return to defend her title, taking on a quality field of Elite Division runners predominantly from the U.S. and Latin America. The Life Time Miami Marathon & Half is supported by the Miami Beach Visitor and Convention Authority. In addition to the marquee marathon and half marathon, the weekend activities include: • Miami Famous Expo: an industry-leading gathering of vendors, live entertainment and experiential activations from top lifestyle, health and wellness brands at Mana Wynwood Convention Center: January 23-January 24, 2026. • Life Time Tropical 5K (3.1 miles): Saturday, January 24, 2026 • Kids Run Miami: More than 1200 Miami-Dade County school students will complete the final mile of their 15-week-long marathon program alongside thousands of Marathon and Half Marathon participants. The program, funded by the Life Time Foundation, encourages healthy, active lifestyles by encouraging students to run 25 miles over 15 weeks leading up to the Marathon. They will complete their final 1.2 miles at the race-day finish line at 11 a.m. Life Time expands in South Florida In addition to the iconic Miami Marathon & Half, among nearly 30 premier athletic events owned and produced by Life Time including the Chicago Half Marathon, UNBOUND Gravel, and the Leadville Race Series, Life Time has a strong presence in South Florida with five athletic country club destinations, including the newest at West Boca.
