VCPM, Inc. is looking for a dedicated and experienced Social Media Specialist to help drive our mission forward through our signature programs: Game Changers and PWRHER’D.
In this role, you will play a key part in managing and growing our presence on Instagram, LinkedIn, and potentially YouTube. The ideal candidate will be responsible for two interconnected Instagram accounts that must align in voice and strategy to support each other.

What You’ll Do:
Consult with owner/founder to ensure social media engagement is aligned with organizational needs
Ability to manage online Reputation
Manage and grow our presence across Instagram, LinkedIn and possibly YouTube
Create and schedule engaging, branded content that aligns with our mission and voice
Collaborate on content ideas that highlight our programs, events, and community stories
Stay on top of trends to keep us relevant and relatable
Engage authentically with our audience through comments, DMs, and community tags
Showcase thought leadership and elevate the voices of women and changemakers
You’re a Great Fit If You:
Have proven experience managing and growing social media accounts (portfolio welcome!)
Someone who is deeply plugged into TikTok and Instagram trends, has a passion for creating compelling short-form video content, and understands what resonates in the wellness space.
As our go-to content creator, you’ll help shape our social presence by developing and posting daily content, managing community interactions, and aligning your work with our broader marketing calendar.

Understand that social media isn’t a “job” — it’s a conversation
Required Experience:
· 2+ years of experience creating content for social media (especially Instagram)
· 2 years of Graphic design or Canva skills

Contract Terms: $500 monthly stipend, paid on a month-to-month basis. We’re seeking a commitment of at least 6 months, with the potential for a longer-term engagement.

Contract Details & Timeline:
The engagement will begin in August 2025 and conclude in January 2026. Monthly payments will be issued at the end of each month. Selected applicants will be contacted for interviews in early August.
