The Associate Director, Workforce Management oversees the Workforce Management department, which is responsible for the recruitment, administration, training, and support of event staff, contractors, key volunteers, general volunteers and medical volunteers for CEM events. The individual in this role is a member of the CEM Leadership Team, contributing to organizational strategic goals and representing the Workforce Management function in cross-departmental planning and discussions. The incoming Associate Director will collaborate with the outgoing Associate Director over a designated transition period, allowing time to shadow, gain an understanding of responsibilities, and successfully assume the role.
