Position: Experiential Manager
Location: (Flexible, remote)
Salary Range: $65K-$75K (+ bonus)
Job Overview
We’re looking for someone to join our team and help bring bold brand experiences to life. From national product launches to pop-up activations and surprise-and-delight moments, BibRave works with innovative brands across footwear, fitness tech, wellness, and beyond. You’ll support a range of high-impact campaigns—helping to shape how consumers engage with brands in real life.
We’re a group of passionate professionals looking for a team player who’s highly driven, highly communicative, very organized, and can just get sh!t done.
Competitive candidates will bring strong experience in project management and high-level admin work. Experiential work moves fast and often involves solving problems in real time —especially when things are unclear or haven’t been done before. We’re looking for someone who thrives in organized chaos, doesn’t get derailed by uncertainty, and can confidently figure things out, even when the path isn’t clear. Attention to detail, adaptability, clear communication skills, and calm execution under pressure are key!
Must be a proven self-starter—someone who can accomplish tasks independently and know when to ask for help or guidance. Some knowledge of the running/racing/multisport landscape is favorable but not required. Past experience creating, planning, executing, and optimizing in-person events is highly desired.
Last, but not least, competitive applicants will be smart. “Smart” can mean a lot of things, but mainly we mean that you’ll exercise sound judgment, approach and solve problems thoughtfully and analytically, be able to “read your audience” and adjust written and spoken communications accordingly.

○ Assist broader Experiential Team with program and process optimizations and improvements
○ Integrate trends into existing programs
● Other tasks not outlined above, as they arise
Skills
● Organization, accountability, and attention to detail (again, we’re not just saying this). This role will need to assist with multiple projects – all while adhering to very strict timelines and constantly changing client needs.
● Ability to write clearly in a business setting (email, Slack, etc.). Clear, succinct, and accurate communication is critical to this role and success within the organization
● Being action-oriented – identifying problems (or opportunities) and taking corrective action
● Self-motivation— can set and meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work with minimal direction
● Ability to communicate proactively throughout the organization and community
● Attention to detail—like being able to reference this bullet point when replying to this JD.
● Experience and expertise using: Google Sheets, Excel, Monday.com, Google Docs, various AI tools, Slack, Canva or Illustrator (or comparable), and other platforms and software as needed.
Qualifications
● 3-5 years of experience in experiential marketing and/or managing complex projects and programs
● NASA-level attention to detail and commitment to over-delivering.
● The ability to handle stressful situations, a heavy workload at times, and challenging personalities—all with equanimity
● The ability and willingness to travel (3-5 times per year)
Perks
● Flexibility of hours, location, and the freedom to work from home and/or remotely
● Gain experience in a rapidly growing industry (fitness/running/wellness) and a highly sought-after skill set (experiential marketing)
● Highly-engaged professional development from BibRave leadership
