Latest Guaranteed Access Path to the 45th MCM Sold Out

Over 3,200 runners aim to earn “Access Granted” at the Marine Corps 17.75K

QUANTICO, VA (January 28, 2020) – More than 3,200 runners from 46 states and eight countries are now set to run 11.03 miles through the scenic Prince William Forest Park and earn "Access Granted" for a guaranteed spot in the 45th Marine Corps Marathon (MCM).

All finishers age 14 and above will receive a dedicated link to the online registration form for the 45th MCM taking place on October 25, 2020. Registration with the Guaranteed Access code must be completed between the conclusion of the 17.75K and Tuesday, March 31 at noon Eastern.

The Marine Corps 17.75K begins at 7 a.m. just outside Montclair Tabernacle Church located in Dumfries, Virginia near Marine Corps Base Quantico on March 28. Free shuttle service is available from area parking lots to the 17.75K start on event morning. In addition to ‘Access Granted,’ participants will also receive an impressive finisher medal, specially designed dye sublimated T-shirt and a commemorative bib.

The unique distance of the Marine Corps 17.75K commemorates the founding of the U.S. Marine Corps in 1775 and is just one of the many ways runners can enter the MCM. Marines and their families can enjoy 24 hours of open registration on February 19; Active Duty military registration is available March 2-13; the MCM Lottery is open from March 18-31; and the all-inclusive MCM Four Star registration includes a hotel room, event entries, hospitality and shuttle transportation is currently available.
